Meet Krystal,  I've been the proud owner of Salon Milan since 2006. I learned hair extensions before I learned how to properly hold scissors. I knew right away this was where my passion excelled in this industry. Proud to now be the Owner/Leader of my incredible team, One of the First Educators for Bellami and Combline before taking a step back to support my business, and Master Stylist at Salon Milan!  When i'm not working you will find me with my 3 daughters at the many sporting events that my daughters are in or roaming around home goods! Something interesting and fun about me is that I was a competitive dancer my whole youth and that's where I learned teamwork and proper discipline and of course girl power! Hi! I'm Jennifer, but everyone calls me Jen! I proudly wear many hats at Salon Milan! I am the salon manager, bridal coordinator, social media manager, and full time stylist behind the chair. I specialize in hair extensions, fashion colors and formal styling! I am certified in all extension methods including: I-tips, Volume Wefts, K-tips, and Hand Tied- my favorite is I-tips! I absolutely love to consult about your hair dreams, and make them come true! I will tell you what is the best suitable extension method for your hair and lifestyle. I have been working at Salon Milan since I was 16 years old!!! With that being said, I have been in the industry for 20 years, specializing in extensions for 18 years! I am a momma of two beautiful girls, married to my high school sweetheart, an animal lover, and if you know me you know I run on coffee!! Hi, I'm Sydney, I have been in the hair industry for over 35 yrs, 17 of those years have been with Salon Milan, my strong work ethic and respect for my craft has equated me to have a very loyal following. I was practically born to be a hairstylist, I grew up in a salon and a cosmetology school both my parents owned and operated in. I guess you can say I was born to be a hairstylist. I continue to keep up with all the latest trends and education. I have honed my skills from some of the top named hair companies in the world such as Aveda, Loreal, Bumble and Bumble, Redken also certified in Keratin Complex and GK Keratin systems and studied The John Sahag "Dry haircut method" along with incorporating some of my own artistic skills to be tailored to everyone of my clients and future clients. When I'm not in the salon I enjoy the beach, vacationing in Aruba, spin classes,cooking and spending time with family, watching Jeopardy with my husband and of course you"ll always find me in Marshall's or Home Goods. I am still fueled by the thrill of creating and getting to see so many happy faces in my chair, so my journey will continue as long as my body lets me lol..

Hi, Im Jenny! Proud Master Stylist at Salon Milan since 2008 and a stylist for 23 years! I'm an Aveda girl though and through. I've trained in NYC, Philly and LA with multiple top stylists and love taking ongoing education. I love creative and texture cutting, matching skin tones with hair tones, Creative coloring and i could Highlight all day. My clients always feel very relaxed in my chair and i can make you fall asleep with my blow dries. I enjoy to traveling, relaxing on the beach, Football Sunday, and going to concerts because Music is my Religion! We always have a good time in my chair and i cant wait to meet you!

Hi my name is Erica and I have been working in the hair industry for 17 years. I treat clients like family and friends, I pride myself on building relationships with them and making sure they are happy and satisfied with their service! I want them to leave my chair looking and feeling beautiful and more confident than when they first walked in the salon. I specialize in balayage, color, haircuts, and formal styles. I keep up with educational classes to ensure my clients are getting the best of the best. I am certified in Keratin treatment, and have taken multiple color / balayage classes. A fun fact about me is that I am a proud mom to my little girl Emerie. I love to travel and spend my time outside the salon with my family and friends! Hi my name is Danielle, most call me Dani! I find no greater joy than making you look and feel like the best version of yourself! I specialize in color, balayage , foilyage, special occasion style and makeup. I am trained and certified in multiple techniques. I am uniquely qualified to make my clients' specific visions come to life when they sit down in my chair. I have 18 years of experience and I understand the importance of education and I continue to stay on top of trends with the top artists in the area: this includes masterclasses with: makeup with mario, senada hairstyling, and lalas updos to name a few. I also have certifications from redken exchange, makeup forever, temptu and bellami. I am a proud mom and do real estate on the side! Level 3 Stylist

Carsyn started with us right after we opened at our new location in 2020. She hit the ground running taking lots of classes, balayage, haircut and getting certified in Bellami extensions. After 5 years being with us she is now a level 3 stylist! Looking to change up your look, She loves a good color and extension transformation, very detail oriented and super sweet!  If you can’t find Carsyn at the salon she’s usually at the beach or traveling somewhere new! Hi my name is Kayla, i have a passion for blonding services and extensions. I always love to see a good transformation. Whether you’re looking for a subtle refresh, a lived-in blonde, dimensional highlights, or custom extensions, I’m here to help you feel like the best version of yourself.
Education is a huge part of my commitment to giving you the best results. I’ve taken multiple classes focused on blonding techniques, precision cutting, and extensions. To ensure I’m always offering the most current techniques and trends in the industry.
When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll probably find me soaking up the sun at the beach, exploring new places (I’m always planning my next getaway!), or wandering the aisles of HomeGoods or Target for a little retail therapy.

Hey everyone! I’m Lex. I’ve been in the industry for about 5 years! I chased my dreams in this industry because I wanted to make a difference to people, and making people feel there best does just that! I love sushi, a good starbucks drink, reading, watching tv & relaxing with my boyfriend on my off time. When i’m behind the chair my favorite services to provide are anything to do with blonding, whether it be highlights or balayage! I’m a certified Bellami Extension artist as well, so we can really make transformations happen and hair dreams come true! I’m all about a good time, good vibes & good conversation! Front Desk Manager

Carman has been with Salon Milan since Day 1. The day the doors opened she was the one there to greet you. She runs the front desk to keep our appointments in order, shes the Mama Bear to the staff, is forever making us laugh with her jokes, and makes sure that anyone mean doesn't get past her! She loves to cook Banana Bread for the staff and Gluten Free brownies for Krystal, which we all love some baked goods! Although she is cutting back on her hours with us, she will forever be an intricate part of our team and helped push us all to be better!

Assistant/Level 1 Stylist

Mig started with us end of 2023. After graduating from Cosmetology school, she went onto college on the Stars program and realized she wanted to get back into the hair industry. Mig has taken multiple haircut classes in and out of salon, Aveda color classes, Updo,Highlighting, Balayage and is a Certified Bellami stylist. She will give you a great massage at the sink, is mixing and applying colors, working 1 on 1 with our Senior Stylists and is always taking clients. She will be fully on the floor before you know it, so take advantage of her discounted rate while it lasts. @migsbeautyworld

When she's not in salon she is spending time with her nieces and family, shopping, going to concerts and traveling. 

Assistant/ Level 1

Fresh out of cosmetology school, Bella started with us December 2024. She fit right in and has been a fast learner, always watching, learning and taking in knowledge. Working on models already she has dove right into our education program taking numerous Haircutting, highlighting, Aveda color formulation, product knowledge and blonding classes. Watching Extensions, she not only is getting hands on learning but will also be certified soon! 

When shes not at work she will be traveling, hanging with her dogs and her Twin sister! Welcome Bella and enjoy her massage at the sink!
